Happy New Year to everyone!
2011 was a special year for T3. We continued to add exciting new clients to the T3 family. We celebrated our 10th anniversary. We hired some incredible people from diverse backgrounds all sharing a passion for advising tenants on corporate real estate issues. And we opened our new Silicon Valley office in Palo Alto. The entrepreneurial and corporate real estate communities continue to recognize T3 for our unique approach and services.
