T3 Advisors is pleased to announce the unveiling of LAUNCHspace. Many early stage tech companies require short-term office space options.  We quickly became frustrated with the lack of centralized, quality information on this market, and realized that our clients must be feeling the same way.   Entrepreneurs need to be spending time growing their companies, not tirelessly searching for office space.  In light of this, we set out to create an easy-to-use tool that collated information about all the short-term spaces that would suit a tech start-up’s needs, making it easy for the entrepreneur to launch or grow his/her company. 

Developed exclusively at T3, LAUNCHspace is an interactive guide to co-working, incubator, and accelerator spaces in the Bay Area/Silicon Valley.  It allows the user to search for suitable space, and filter the results based on price, geography and type of space (co-working, incubator, accelerator, etc.).  Our hope is this unique free tool will allow entrepreneurs to spend less time worrying about real estate and more focusing on building/growing their companies.
