T3 Innovation Lab: Innovative Research for Corporate Real Estate

T3 has long been in the business of providing clients with creative real estate solutions, and innovative decision making tools.  As in any company, often times great ideas are generated, but no one has the time to execute all of the necessary steps along with their day-to-day tasks. Enter, summer interns.

In 2011, we launched the T3 Innovation Lab.  This effort brings exceptionally bright talent into our firm to work on special projects. That summer we began hiring talented undergraduate and graduate students from Palo Alto and Boston area universities. The results have been phenomenal.

Over the past two summers, we have hired students from Bentley University, Colby College, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Stanford University, who have helped us accomplish a variety of significant projects including:

  • The creation of tHarmony, a unique real estate site selection tool

  • The development of LAUNCHspace, the Bay Area’s first incubator guide

  • A national government incentives database

  • A variety of other real estate projects including an international real estate guide, client satisfaction survey, in-depth industry specific submarket analysis, as well as a number of marketing tools

As a unique real estate firm focused on the innovation economy, T3 will continue to hire bright young minds to help us develop new tools to better serve our clients.  We look forward to the continued success of the T3 Innovation Lab.
