At one point in time or another, many of us at T3 Advisors were sitting where you’re sitting now. The rest of us were trapped in real estate behemoths that perpetuated a culture of superiority - never listening to what clients want, opting mostly to fit square pegs in round holes - only to meet shareholder or landlord expectations – not the client’s.

Collectively, we discovered that what clients really wanted is a commercial real estate firm that was conflict free; one that did not represent BOTH landlords and tenants. They wanted a long term business partner that listened, understood, and represented THEIR needs - not just a deal executor, and much more than simple brokerage services.
