HubSpot integrated many strategies into its office-space design to support and enhance this culture. HubSpot’s office-space layout includes an open office plan. Almost all employees (including execs) there don’t have offices. Food and break areas are strategically placed throughout the floor. HubSpot uses flexible furniture systems allowing the company to frequently change desk assignments for enhanced employee collaboration.
