Dan Stevenson, Associate
As an associate at T3, Dan has been instrumental in advising venture backed companies on a variety of real estate strategies. With a specialty in Healthcare and Life Sciences, Dan has a deep understanding of the infrastructure and deal structure required to support the company’s technology. Dan takes pride in building strong relationships with his clients and ensures that their best interests are always at the forefront.
Prior to joining the T3 Advisors team, Dan spent four seasons in the National Football League. Originally drafted by the New England Patriots, he also played for the Miami Dolphins and Houston Texans. His experience on the field has instilled a unique set of skills that has been invaluable in helping Dan becoming a young leader in the real estate industry.
An extraordinary leader, Dan was Captain of the Notre Dame football team where he received numerous awards for his leadership on and off the playing field.
Dan lives in the South Shore with his wife, Jessica, and their two dogs. They are active in a variety of community outreach programs through Dan’s involvement with the New England Patriots Alumni Club.
