Jon Frisch, Associate
Jon helps lead T3’s emerging technology sector, focusing on advising technology companies in all stages of the life cycle to find creative and cost effective solutions for their real estate needs. Jon is passionate about the start-up community in Boston and spends much of his time in the local ecosystem learning about what challenges and barriers early stage technology companies face and how their real estate requirements play a role in this process. Prior to joining T3, Jon worked as a leasing analyst for a leading Boston area commercial real estate fund. Prior to entering the real estate world, Jon was an audit associate in Deloitte’s Technology Sector, which exposed him to a variety of complex accounting issues.
Jon is currently a mentor at YearUp, a non-profit organization focusing on closing the opportunity divide by providing young, urban adults with the skills, experience, and support that will empower them to reach their potential through professional networking and higher education pursuits.
