Sylvia Williams, Director of Office Services

Sylvia is the Director of Office Services for our East and West coast offices.  Over the years, she has developed extensive knowledge and experience in design software and web-based programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Office Suite, Basecamp, CoStar, Microsoft Office Suite, ProLease and Salesforce. While pursuing her degree in Architecture at the Boston Architectural College, she previously worked in a local architecture firm as Project Designer. Her experience has been to design commercial and residential spaces, produce construction drawings, as well as manage the interior construction.  Sylvia contributes an architecture education and experience to T3’s innovative approach in the corporate real estate.
