Jack Troast, Managing Director

Jack is a nationally recognized expert on economic development policy and government incentives. As Managing Director of T3 Advisors, he leads the firm’s advisory services practice which provides expertise in real estate development and financial strategy, real estate site selection strategies, state and local incentives, and public affairs. 

Jack has over 25 years of real estate and construction experience covering the full scope of project development activities. In addition, he has served in a variety of appointed positions in government in Massachusetts and New Jersey. Most recently he served as Deputy Director for the Massachusetts Department of Business and Technology in the Romney Administration. Jack began his career as a CPA where he worked for Deloitte in New York City.

Jack lives in Carlisle Massachusetts with his family and enjoys coaching little league baseball and youth hockey.
