Mark Cote, Managing Director
Mark is a founding partner of T3 Advisors and manages its Corporate Solutions Group (CSG). Mark has a passion for all aspects of corporate real estate and knows all details of a client’s portfolio. Balancing a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail and complex deal structuring, Mark and his team have been able to defy expectations of what meaningful real estate services are about. Mark has helped negotiate/structure many complex HQ transactions for T3 clients. Mark has been referred to by his corporate clients as their “Easy Button”.
Mark developed many of his leadership skills as an undergraduate at Harvard where he was named to the Academic All-Ivy Football Team. After Harvard, Mark spent a summer at University of Southern California at the Coopers & Lybrand Academy learning analytical skills- finance, accounting, etc. Mark is a candidate for the CORENET MCR (Master Corporate Real Estate) and expects to complete the program in 2012. Outside of work, Mark tries to keep up with his three young boys.
