With over 23 years of experience, Roy is considered one of the leading corporate real estate advisors in the U.S. Roy has completed projects and leases totaling more than ten million square feet throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Roy has structured a variety of complex headquarters real estate deals for large clients as well as many projects for emerging technology companies. Roy is highly recognized for superior results on behalf of his clients: by Mass High Tech in 2002 as one of the “High Tech All Stars,” in 2001 as one of the “Ten Business Leaders to Watch,” and in 2002 by Boston Business Journal as one of the “40 Under 40,” a group of business leaders having a significant impact on Boston’s business and civic communities. Roy is a frequent speaker on corporate real estate issues. In his free time, Roy loves watching his daughter play ice hockey and relaxing on Cape Cod with his family and friends.
