Director of Portfolio Services, Lois Mazzola

Lois is the Director of Portfolio Services focusing on lease administration for T3 Advisors.  Client engagement services include implementation of best practices for lease administration services, monthly reporting, portfolio review, landlord bill reconciliation, et.al. Lois works closely with T3 clients with portfolio requirements to actively monitor real estate details/payments and implement procedures/processes for all aspects of real estate administration. Lois has over 20 years of real estate experience in asset management with extensive industry experience in commercial office & mixed use properties. Lois has managed over 10 million sf of real estate with responsibilities including property and leasing oversight, financing, development, repositioning, due diligence, restructuring and valuation modeling.

Prior to working with T3, Lois was an asset management consultant at Paradigm Properties. She was also a Vice- President of Asset Management for AEW Capital Management, an institutional investment advisory firm, for 11 years.  Lois worked as a financial analyst for Winn Development Company after college.
